Wooden Capital windows are guaranteeing the energy efficiency. Fattest on the market, stable structure and natural material: pine, oak or meranti cause that they constitute the class alone for themselves. The wealth of shapes and colours permits to adapt their appearance to individual requirements.

Design
single-frame, most thick all over the market, both jamb and window sash thickness of 92 mm, soft line series.

Jamb and window sash material
pinewood, meranti, oak wood, four layers glued timber, solid external layers.

Finishing
four-coating system, preservation in separated process and three times coating with water borne transparent or body paints in colour according to the template shown on page 20. Optionally, varnishing in any colour acc. to RAL and NCS palette available at extra charge.

Glazing
low emission multiple glazing panes with argon filled inter-panel void, for instance O.2 type safe panes, P2, P4 types burglary proof panes, stained glass and ornamental glass available. The Capital series windows design facilitates to use glazing units of very good thermal insulation parameters of U = 0.5 (W/m2K) and high noise insulation (45 dB).

Fittings
envelope Winkhaus fittings with micro-ventilation and three-plane adjustment and additional functions: handle turn lock, handle controlled opening holder, 4-position tilting. Optionally available double-sided cylinder lock handles, window light closer (closing the window from low level possible) and special design safe or burglary proof fittings.

Hinge cover
white, brass, brilliant gold, old gold, silver.

Drip cap
thermal insulating aluminium design with wooden batten cap to match window colour.

Georgian bars
structural, glue applied, mullions.

Gaskets
pushed-in, thermoplastic wing installed, additional clip-on gasket available as option.

Opening
picture window (S), tilting (U), casement (R), tilting and casement (UR).

Additional windows accessories
white, brass, gold colour aluminium handles, air vents, mosquito nets, window closers, LPR batten, window shutters, decorative pieces.
