Service for windows not covered by guarantee

Dear Sirs,
With a view to our more demanding customers, we would like to offer to you our post-guarantee preventive service.

 

 

Our post-guarantee offer shall include the following services:
• general inspection of technical condition of the window
• cleaning the movable parts of the fittings and their maintenance
• general adjustment of the fittings
• seasonal fitting adjustment (adjustment of sash clamp level to the window frame)
• repeated window sashes’ overstraining – if necessary
• removing other potential defects in window operation
• replacement of defective parts
• control of gasket system and possible replacement of the gaskets.
• control of permeability of drain holes and deareation openings and their possible cleaning
• cleaning the window with use of COSMOFREN from possible discolouration
• completion of missing hinge end-cap – free from charge (in white and brown colour)
• completion of missing end-caps for drain holes
• checking the linearity of slash and window frames profiles
• instructing the users on proper use of the windows
• other preventive actions, necessary for proper operation of the windows.

All window parts used for service, not exceeding the normal wear and tear during their normal operation shall be free from charge, while other shall be priced according to the separate price list.

Time of providing the service:
The service shall be provided within 15 working days from the date of placing the order.
The days of the week and hours of visits at clients’ site should be arranged individually with the consultant of   ZAKŁAD PRODUKCYJNY KONAL.

In case of single windows there is a possibility to negotiate the price with our service technician,  depending on the costs of travel to the customer.

The costs of travel to the customer:
The service includes once-off travel costs to the customer.

NOTE !!!
In connection with promotion of our services,  we give 20% discount to customers placing orders with us  until the end of December, 2010 on the cost of  service and repair.

We shall accept your orders made by fax, by phone or sent to our e-mail address: biuro@konal.pl  After sending an order we shall send you a return written confirmation of accepting your service for performance,  with the date and the hour of our service technician visit.

We would like to inform you that the visit of our Technical and Sales Consultant for the purpose of taking the measurements, making the  valuation and providing to you the recommendations on the best available solutions for your house, apartment or investment – is free of charge.
