Facade structures: structural and semistructural walls

System description
The transom – post construction system is assigned for accomplishing of structural and semistructural walls, and is rated to the RMG 1.0 material group. The wall’s construction bases on full, half posts and transoms, what width is 52mm.

There are some solutions for glass assembling: structural gluing, mechanical griping or semistructural solution. Thanks to above-mentioned ways indyvidual shapes of facade can be made.

Characteristics of system
- construction of tilt windows next to each other,
- opening autonomously,
- fillings 6, 26, 28 mm
- facade without thermal insulation.

aluminium profiles	AL MG Si 0,5 F22 according to DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1
fillings	single or packet window panels with any kind of glass opaque panels
surface finishing	powder coating with polyester on chromate undercoater according to Qualicoat standards, any RAL colour at choice; anodized in colours: natural aluminium, olive, champagne, gold, “old gold”, brown – according to Qualanod standards
gaskets	made of synthetic caoutchouc EPDM according to DIN 7863 and standard according to DIN 7715 E2
connecting accessories	corner joints, screws, tap bolts, aluminium washers, inox or galvanized
furniture	renowned companies only: Fapim, Savio, Erreti, Iseo, Cisa, Hautau, Geze, etc.
permissions and quality certificates	European Technical Approval of Builiding Engineering Institute ETA-08/0288 "Structural Sealant Glazing Kit for the use in curtain walling". Tests of fire resistance for curtain wall in full configuration (sill belt and transparent glasses) in class EI 60 - from the inside
