System description
Aluminium system profiles without thermal insulation, mainly destined to interior buildings: boxes, division walls and display cases as well as for sliding doors (manualy or automaticaly operated), double-acting and smoke hermetic doors. NT 40 system allows using of variety of fillings: glass, aluminium panels, ?sandwich? fillings, panel boards and PVC with width 2-24 mm. NT 40 is either the regular doors or the coplanar ones with the notch hinges. The advantage of axial clamped hinges is facility of montage and regulation in three planes.

- possibility of facing window sashes (one plane outside) and doors (two planes outside and inside),

aluminium profiles	EN AV-6060 according to PN-EN 573-3:1998 / T66 according to PN-EN 515:1996 Al Mg Si 0,5 F22 according to DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1
fillings	single or packet window panels with any kind of glass or opaque panels
surface finishing	powder coating with polyester on chromate undercoater accoording to Qualicoat standards, any RAL colour at choice; anodized in colours: natutal aluminium, olive, champagne, gold, ?old gold?, brown - according to Qualanoad standards, lacquered for colour imitated wood
gaskets	synthetic caoutchouc EPDM according to DIN 7863 and standard according to DIN ISO 3302-1, E2
connecting accessories	corner joints, screws, tap bolts, aluminium washers, inox or galvanized
furniture	renowned companies only: Fapim, Savio, Iseo, Cisa, Hautau, Geze, KFV, etc.
