Aluminium enjoys growing interest of  investors due to durability and functionality of such solutions. Aluminium allows for creation of many original forms in large and small architecture,  is clean, ecological and modern.

Several examples of aluminium profile usage: windows, doors, porches, exhibitions and partition walls, elevations, facades and winter gardens, balustrades, skylights and canopies.

The production of aluminium windows is based on profiles extruded from aluminium alloys, which contain silicone with hardening features and magnesium increasing the durability. The shape of aluminium windows is not limited, but it should meet technical characteristics of the materials, which in turn limit the size of the windows: height – may be 6 metres, width – 5 metres.

Aluminium profiles are divided into” cold” and „hot”. These definitions relate to thermal insulations – in case of the first one, made in 100% from aluminium the thermal performance is low, hence they are usually installed in such structures of facades, telephone boxes, shelters. In Polish climate conditions use of this type of profiles is rather limited. They usually have only one chamber.

The type of windows, arousing our greatest interest– made of „hot” aluminium profile – can be successfully installed in houses. Their structure consists of two aluminium sections, which are connected by thermal latch made of plastic, being the thermal barrier, increasing profile thermal performance. It does not mean, however, that their features are equal to the features of PVC or wooden windows. „Hot” profiles have usually two or three chambers, and each new chamber improves profile thermal features.

Aluminium profiles are very durable, the glaze installed in their structure may weight as much as 60 kg/sq. m. That is why they are fit for installation of antiburglar window panes. However – if the aluminium windows get damaged it is not possible to renovate them. The corrosion process in this type of windows is prompted particularly  through contact with lime, copper, brass and steel.

Aluminium is characterised by high thermal extension ratio, therefore, special care should be taken in case of installing the aluminium windows. The improperly mounted windows shall cause frame deformation.

We use two types of profiles for production of our aluminium joinery. Profiles with thermal latch, so called „hot” are destined for making exterior joinery. „Cold” profiles, without thermal latch are used in structures located within the buildings.

The fittings applied in aluminium joinery are aesthetic and functional, they operate easily and are reliable. The joinery, depending on demand, is equipped with handles, outlooks, certified latches, antipanic mechanisms, electric strikes, and automatic devices for sliding doors, mechanism for window tilt, manual and electrical.

System solutions allow for using various types of full fillings and window panes, starting from single panes float, reflective glass, thermo protecting glass to antiburglar, and bullet-proof, integrated glass. We have appropriate certificates and attestations for applied profile systems.
