Coating
Modern coating department has now four advanced technology lines, ensuring high efficacy. Due to installed initial polymerization it is possible to paint full RAL palette without the risk of dusting with other colours.

The newest, fourth line is designed for using decorative coat on aluminium profiles surface, imitating wood. It may be obtained on all profiles in Ponzio systems.

Due to its universal features, it can be obtained both inside the facility – creating warm atmosphere and smartness, and outside, where the aluminium guarantees functionality, and the wooden pattern provides a decorative accent.

Coating process is subject to procedures defined in the Quality Certificate Qualicoat. Due to this the Company grants long lasting guarantee for durability of its coatings.

Kneading
Thermally insulated profiles are subject to two-stage process of joining, with use of polyamide latch. Specialist lines are adopted to join the profiles of various, even most complex forms. The expertise and experience of Ponzio staff guarantee that the ready product always meets the highest requirements of quality.

Profile bending
Performance of arch-shaped elements is possible in majority of Ponzio systems. Using professional, fully automated bending machines allows for bending the frames, sashes and glazing beads. It is also possible to make arch-shaped elements in facade systems – both in the structures with „flat” and „bent” window panes.

Profile bending is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the customer, according to constant, as well as variable radius, e.g. ellipse.
