Our staff is a key value of our factory. The executive staff of our Company consists of people with many years of experience in our industry. Let’s present below a few sentences about each of them:

Wioletta Twardowska
Fulfils the function of the Management Board member. She is the Executive Manager of the Company and is responsible for product and territorial expansion of our factory. In her ongoing management of the Company she is always guided by openness and teamwork principle.

Izabela Margaszewska
Office Manager, she is also responsible for Installation Department, she knows how to settle every single matter, and she solves all problems faced by the Office. She has been for 10 years with the Company. She realizes her assignments in compliance with to the adopted strategy: "The quality of installation and the behaviour of our installers distinguish our company from competition" , always having in mind the principle, that the most important thing is  the interest of the customers and hence, of the Company.

Paweł Węgrzynowski
Regional Representative, responsible for co-operation with dealers and foreign representations, earlier the Head of PVC Production. He has been for 11 years with the Company, he has already experienced all the problems which may be faced at the production hall level, but he claims that he has still much to learn in the future.

Marek Rudziński
Production Manager, he is also responsible for production of exterior windowsills and for the warehouse.  He loves complex structures and he a master in solving even the most difficult structural problems. Without his knowledge and enthusiasm for „inventions” we would not be able to perform many complex, but at the same time profitable, assignments..

Artur Wilamowski
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager. He has been dealing with logistic for over 10 years. He gained his first logistic experiences in the Courier Company Messenger Service STOLICA SA, then he spent several years abroad, when he learnt the newest methods of approach to the company, customers and business partners. When he took over his tasks in Fabryka Okien KONAL the costs of purchase and consumption of materials dropped by 30%.

The second and the most important group of our employees is our sales team together with our business partners, i.e. dealers. We employ seven salesmen and we co-operate with several dealers. These are the people, who „fight” on every day basis for new assignments, serve the customers and find every day new methods for overcoming our competition. Their experience and abilities are verified on day-to-day basis by the most demanding clients, such as individual investors. All our employees have many years of experience in our industry.
